Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Kapital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
